"Maji" is the Kiswahili word for "water."

When you purchase our Maji plaque, you are directly supporting a Safe Water for Schools program in Karatu District, Tanzania.

Our Maji Plaque is hand crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled wood that has been hand painted with a natural black pigment and topped with a water-based finish.

In accordance with the guidelines established by the Forest Stewardship Council, this plaque bears the FSC 100% Recycled label.

The Maji Plaque ships with a card describing the Safe Water for Schools program.

Maji features a light blue back plate. The top plate is satin aluminum. Rivanna exclusive.

The plaque is 10 x 10" and the engraving area is 8 x 8."
