Shipping and Returns
How We Ship
We ship our products via common ground carrier (UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service). We will send you the tracking information regarding your shipment and check it with you once it arrives.
When Your Shipment Arrives
Please open your shipment as soon as you receive it to make certain that everything has arrived safely and is in order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us or call us toll free at 866-RIVANNA.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Prior to returning an item, you will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our Customer Care department to obtain an RMA number. We ask that you repack the item in its original container with your receipt and your RMA number.
Returned merchandise should be returned in its original condition. We also ask that you ship your item pre-paid as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Rivanna Natural Designs, Inc. will credit your original form of payment once upon receipt. We regret that we cannot accept the return of special orders, customized (logo), or personalized items.
Occasionally an item may be damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us immediately. Please note the condition of the shipping box for the damaged item. If the shipping box is damaged and you have access to a digital camera, you can assist us by taking a digital photo of the damaged box so that we can file a claim with our carrier. If the box is not damaged, there is no need to take a photo. After providing you with an RMA number, we will ask that you repack the item in its original container (if possible) with your receipt and RMA number. We will then arrange for pickup and delivery at our expense. When we receive the original item, we will immediately ship a replacement to you.
