Your privacy is important to us

We collect information about our clients to enable us to process orders, improve our web site, and provide better products and services. We do not distribute that information outside our company. We will NOT give or sell your name to anyone else, ever!

Browsing our site

When you browse www.rivannadesigns.com or www.rivannanaturaldesigns.com, you are anonymous..  We do not collect personal information, including your e-mail address, without your prior knowledge and consent. We will hold this information in strict confidence. 

Ordering

When you place an order online, you give us your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, and credit card information. To process your order, we make your name and credit card information available to our merchant banking account provider.  To ship your merchandise, we make your name and address available to a common carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service.

After you place an order, we add your personal information to our client database so that we will be able to serve you in the future.  We also maintain any logo or artwork files that you send to us and that you approve for production, so that we can recreate your files for recurring events or recognition activities.

When you contact us by e-mail

Should you contact us via e-mail, we will be happy to assist you. We will not use casual e-mail contact for anything other than to respond to your questions. We simply want the chance to assist you, and we will not take advantage of your trust.

When you leave our site

Rivanna has no control over the privacy practices of sites outside our domains (www.rivannadesigns.com or www.rivannanaturaldesigns.com). If you follow a link to another web site, read the site's privacy policy and contact their administrator with your privacy-related questions.

Rivanna strongly encourages parents of young web users to play an active role in their child's online activity. Children under the age of 13 should not submit orders, registration forms, service requests or other documents to Rivanna Natural Designs without the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian.
