Our Mission
We believe products that express gratitude, reward performance, and celebrate excellence should harm neither the planet nor the people who create, purchase, or receive them. Unlike most award vendors, we design and manufacture the majority of our products at our headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia. If you've worked with us before, you know our environmental commitment is second to none. If you're new to Rivanna, you'll find that we are dedicated to creating elegant designs with vibrant colors and unique, planet-friendly materials.
Since we began in 2001, our goal has been to create fair-wage jobs for recently-arrived refugees and others in our community who most need them. We have strengthened this commitment to community and environment through our designation as a Certified B Corporation and Virginia Benefit Corporation. We're proud to be members of this group of mission-driven companies working to create positive change through business.

Why Rivanna?
We understand that it is not enough to simply offer you beautiful awards. In addition to great design, you need great delivery. The engraving or etching on your awards must be flawless. Each award must be properly labeled and packaged. Your awards must arrive on time, in order, at the right place.
And these are just the basics. You may also need advice about award types and colors, which awards work best for photo shoots, how to present the awards at your ceremony. You may need custom awards or special delivery and set up service.
